Cranberry Hootycreeks

Ingredients

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup softened butter
⅔ cup packed dark brown sugar
⅔ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour mixture and oats. When well-combined, stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
For best results, refrigerate your dough for at least 4 hours or overnight. (If you don’t have time, no problem. Make your cookies a little smaller so they don’t spread out too much.)
Scoop spoonfuls of chilled dough onto ungreased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on baking sheet before moving to cooling tray.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
